Unfortunately, no. The old 1SE app for Android saved backups to a hidden app folder in Google Drive that only that app could read. It isn't in My Drive or Drive search, no other tool can open it, and the importer that could read it was removed from the app in 2023, so we can't reach it from our side either.
What can still bring your snippets back:
The old phone. If it still has 1SE installed, your snippets are in it. Sign in there, turn on 1SE Cloud Backup with a Pro subscription, and restore on the new phone.
Your photo library. If you kept the original photos and videos you cut your snippets from, they're still in your gallery or Google Photos, and you can add them again.
Restoring your phone from a Google account backup won't bring 1SE snippets back either, so a 1SE Cloud backup is the one to keep running from now on.
