A 1SE backup is a copy of the information in your 1SE app. When your 1SE data is backed up to our servers, you can easily set up 1SE on a new device or restore all your projects.
You can back up all your projects in 1SE if you have a Pro account or subscribe to the Unlimited Backup plan.
On the iOS app:
Tap on your Profile tab at the bottom right of the home screen.
Tap on the Gear icon at the right.
Tap on "Backup and Restore."
Make sure Back Up Projects to 1SE Cloud is enabled (switch is green).
If you're not a Pro user yet, tap "Add Unlimited Backup!" to subscribe to Unlimited Backup or subscribe to Pro.
Tap "Start Backup."
On the Android app:
Tap on your Profile picture at the top left of the home screen and then tap "Show Backup Settings..." or tap on the Gear icon at the right and select "Backup and Restore".
Make sure Back Up Projects to 1SE Cloud is enabled (switch is green).
If you're not a Pro user yet, tap "Add Unlimited Backup!" to subscribe to Unlimited Backup or subscribe to Pro.
Tap "Start Backup."
Please make sure that your email has been verified to be able to start your backup.
Note that you need a reliable Wi-Fi connection to start the backup process. At the moment, it's not possible to back up over cellular data.
