If you've been keeping a diary and want to save a copy of what you've written elsewhere, follow these steps:
Tap on a journal entry to view it fullscreen.
Tap on the export icon at the top-right of the screen.
Choose what you want to export: one entry or all entries.
Select where to save or share your entries to, as a .txt file, from the sharing screen.
