We've received several reports in regards to audio issues. We are trying to address them as soon as possible. They all seem to be small glitches that you can fix very quickly; here are the cases we've encountered:

  • I didn't add music, but my mashed video has no audio
    Fortunately, this is only happening on the mash previews, so if you export your video, the audio should be fine. To fix it in the previews, please restart the app or your device.
  • I saved my snippets to the app without audio. Still, when I create my mashed video with music, the sound comes back
    Please create your mashed video without music, export it, and create it once again with music. The audio should be gone. If the issue persists, restart your device.
  • The volume of the music is not saving correctly, so I can still hear the audio of my videos
    You've created a mashed video with music set to the maximum volume. Then, when exporting it, the music sounds lower, and the original audio of the videos can be heard. This is an issue we're able to reproduce, and our dev team is fixing it. Sorry for the inconvenience!
