A 1SE backup is a copy of the information in your 1SE app. When your 1SE data is backed up to our servers, you can easily set up 1SE on a new device or restore all your projects.
With your Basic account, you can back up the oldest* 365 snippets in one of your Journal projects for free!!!
It's easy to change the project you're backing up.
On the iOS app
Tap on your Profile picture at the top left of the home screen > Settings (gear icon at the right) > Backup and Restore > Change > [project] > Done.
On the Android app
Simply go to the app's Settings > Backup & Restore > Change > [project] > Done.
*The set of backed up snippets was changed with the release of version 4.4 on the iOS app and version 4.1 of the Android app. Any backup created before that only contains the most recent 365 snippets in your project.
