More than likely this is from limited space on your Google Drive account or on your actual phone. We cache your seconds locally and then back them up to your Google Drive account. You can see how much storage you have available by going into the 1SE settings > Storage:

Is your video showing up stretched or squashed? This is probably a format or codec issue with the video. We have a work around for these sorta files. You can read up on it here.
