My payment isn't going through or my card isn't working. What's going on?

Payment not working

This is an issue with your payment method being used on your Apple ID or Google account. 

On an iPhone

Please go to Settings > [your name] > Payment & Shipping and double check your payment settings.

On an Android phone

  1. On your computer, go to your Google Play account.

  2. Click Edit payment methods. You will go to your pay.google.com account.

  3. On the left, click Payment methods.
