Refunds are handled by whoever took the payment: Apple, Google, or 1SE for purchases made on our website through Stripe.
Where to request a refund
We don't see your card details, because Apple, Google and Stripe process every payment.
On iOS
To request a refund from the App Store, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
You can also go to Apple Support, then Billing & Subscriptions > Subscriptions & Purchases, to see the ways to contact Apple.
On Android
To request a refund from the Google Play Store, use Google Play's refund request form.

On the 1SE website (Stripe)
If you need to request a refund for a purchase made through Stripe, contact us through the app's Settings > Contact Support.
