How do I cancel my 1SE subscription on Android?

Requesting for a cancellation & refund on the Pro subscription on Google Play Store

Cancellation

Option 1

Cancel your subscription directly from the Google Play Store: 

  1. Go to play.google.com.

  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.

  3. On the left, click My subscriptions.

  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  5. Click Manage > Cancel Subscription.

Option 2

Go into the app's Settings (the gear icon at top right corner) > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription.

Option 3

Send us a message through the app's Settings > Contact Support to request for cancellation.

Note: Cancelling a subscription will not refund any payments you have made. It will only stop you from renewing your subscription.
