To review your subscriptions with Apple, please go to your phone's Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: [your account] > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > 1SE. 

For Android, go to the Google Play Store, tap the menu at the left (3 horizontal lines) > Subscriptions > 1SE > Manage

There you should be able to see if you've got a subscription with us and whether it is being charged monthly or annually.
