How to Manage Your 1SE Subscription

If you are a 1SE user and need to manage your subscription, you can do so easily through the app, website, or your device's settings. Here's how:

1SE App

To manage your subscription through the 1SE app, tap Manage Subscription in the app's Settings.

You can view your subscription status from here and make any necessary changes.

1SE Website

If you prefer to manage your subscription through the 1SE website, tap this link: https://me.1se.co/account/subscription.

iOS

If you have an iOS device, you can manage your 1SE subscription through your device's settings. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Settings on your phone,

  2. Tap [your name],

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Tap 1SE.

If 1SE is not showing up, you're not subscribed through the App Store.

Android

Android users can manage their 1SE subscriptions through the Google Play Store. Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Google Play Store,

  2. Tap the menu icon on the left (three horizontal lines),

  3. Tap Subscriptions,

  4. Tap 1SE.

If 1SE is not showing up, you're not subscribed through the Play Store.

No matter which method you choose, you can easily view your subscription status and make any necessary changes to your 1SE subscription. This includes checking whether you are being charged monthly or annually.
