To send a large video without email compressing it, use a 1SE share link, a cloud service, a file-sharing site or AirDrop.

If the video is a mash you made in 1SE, you do not need any of the services below. When you export it, the share screen offers Create Share Link alongside Save Movie and Share Movie. That gives you a link you can send to anyone, with no upload, no account and no compression.

These services are free and enable you to upload files to the cloud, from which you can share a link with others. The leading platforms in this area are Dropbox, iCloud Drive, and Google Drive. Copy and paste the sharing link into an email or message, and send it to anyone you wish to share the video with. These platforms also offer mobile apps, making it easy to download and upload files.

Many free file transfer sites allow you to upload a single file and send it to different email addresses or create a share link to that file. WeTransfer works well because it doesn't need an account.

This technology enables sharing content with nearby Apple devices, making it ideal for transferring videos from your iPhone to your Mac. Turn on AirDrop in Control Center and make sure you're sharing with your contacts. Then, open your Photos app and select the videos you want to share.
