1SE supports most video formats, but not some older or less common ones. If a video won't work, contact us and we'll try to get it working.
You can contact us through the app's Settings > Contact Support.
Send a download link for the video so we can review it. Use a service like iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer — a link travels better than a large attachment.
