1SE lets you capture life's moments and create meaningful videos by stitching together one-second clips. Here's a simple guide to using the iOS app.

Download the App: Search for "1 Second Everyday" in the App Store and install it.

Sign Up or Log In (optional): 1SE works fully without an account. Signing in is what enables 1SE Cloud backup and Freestyle Collab.

1. Tap on a day in the calendar or "+" in Freestyle.
2. Choose the camera icon to record a moment directly or select to import one or more clips from your camera roll.

1. Use the slider to select the best second of your video.
2. Use the editing tools to set the characteristics of your snippet.
3. Tap "Select" to confirm.

 1. Tap on a day in the calendar or "+" in Freestyle.

 1. Use the slider to select the best second of your video.
 2. Use the editing tools to set the characteristics of your snippet.
 3. Tap "Select" to confirm.

In a Journal project, the app arranges snippets by date for you.
