If you’ve just realized you weren’t logged in to the 1SE app, don’t worry—your seconds are still safe.
Your data stays on your device
All of your 1SE content is stored locally on your device. That means logging in now won’t overwrite or remove anything. Your snippets, journals, and projects will stay exactly as they are. You can sign in with confidence knowing you won’t lose years of memories.
While logging in doesn’t affect your existing data, it also doesn’t automatically back it up. If you delete the app, lose your device, or switch to a new one without creating a backup, your content could be lost.
To keep everything protected, you can:
Use iCloud (iOS only), or
Subscribe to 1SE Pro to enable cloud backups
