Unfortunately, this option isn’t available with 1SE subscriptions. However, the great news is that you can cancel whenever you need to and easily restart your subscription later! Just keep in mind that the free trial can only be used once.
Google Play does show a Pause payments option on some subscriptions, but only where the developer has turned it on, and we haven't. Apple has no pause feature at all, so cancelling and resubscribing is the route on both platforms.
