How to Make a Snippet Private

You can mark your snippets as private to exclude them from your mashed videos. That way you can share your mashes without them.

To do so, tap the snippet settings menu at the top right corner of the snippet thumbnail and select Hide (Make Private on Android). If you're on an iPhone, you can also press and hold the snippet thumbnail to display the menu, or tap the snippet's thumbnail on the mashing screen. The first time you hide a snippet, 1SE reminds you that hidden snippets are left out of every mash, and that they are hidden, not encrypted or protected.

Tap Unhide (Make Visible) to revert this change.

By default, hidden snippets are excluded from mashes. To include them, tap Include Hidden (Include Private) on the mashing screen, then confirm with Yes.

Tap Exclude Hidden (Remove Private) on the mashing screen to leave them out of your mash again.
