1SE does not sync across multiple devices at this time. 

This is something we definitely want and we are laying the foundations for it now, but it will take us some time to get there. 

Synchronization is a massive feature with a lot of moving parts like resolving conflicts, merging snippets into projects, knowing which account owns which videos (privacy laws), etc.
