Before August 27, 2018, using the app was primarily anonymous. Besides subscribing to our newsletter or participating in a crowd video, there was no account creation or going through a setup process with 1SE.
Now, you can create an account and securely back up all your snippets to our servers.

Not everyone has an account; this is an optional feature. You may not have registered with us. To check, simply go to the 1SE settings and look in the account section to see if one exists.
If there is no account, we do not retain any profile details. The only information we may have is your email from signing up for our newsletter or from any support interactions if you contacted us.
