You can request a copy of your personal data from any 1SE account — it is not a paid feature, and this is part of our Privacy Basics. A 1SE Pro or Unlimited Backup subscription is a separate thing: it is what puts your snippets into 1SE Cloud in the first place.
Request to Download
To request a downloadable version of your personal data, please follow these steps:
Click on the Account tab.
Scroll down to the Request your personal data section.
Click the "Request Download" button.
We will confirm receipt of your request and process it as quickly as possible. You will then receive a download link for a zipped file containing all personal data associated with your account.
What if I don't have an account?
If you don't have an account, all your video data is stored locally on your phone. The only data we may possess is past support conversations or your email address for our newsletter. To reach, correct or remove any of that, our Privacy Basics sets out how to get in touch.
