Favorites have been replaced by Core Memories on iOS and Android, and you can now mark more than one snippet a day.
What's Changed?
Favorites are no longer available. Instead, you'll use Core Memories to highlight your most significant daily moments.
More Than One a Day: Unlike Favorites, Core Memories let you pick more than one snippet per day.
Two Ways to Mark One: From the day itself, or from your project screen.
Core Memories in the Day View
Open the day and tap the circle in the top left of the snippet. It fills in to show the snippet is now a Core Memory, and tapping it again clears it.
Core Memories in the Project View
Press and hold the snippet in your project and choose Make Core Memory.
The project view must be set to "All Moments" for the option to show up in the context menu.
How to Mash Only One Snippet Per Day
If you used Favorites to mash one snippet a day, assign a single Core Memory per day instead. When you're ready to mash on iOS, tap the Play button, then scroll down and choose Core Memories.
Turn Favorites into Core Memories
By default, Core Memories don't reflect past Favorites. To convert the ones you already picked, sign in to your account and go to Settings > scroll down to Legacy > and tap "Turn Favorites into Core Memories". Beware that this action cannot be undone.
